David Lush

David Lush** (’45 mech. engr.) writes: “Got married in my longtime hometown of Annecy (Alps, just below Geneva) after 9 years widowhood. Honeymooned at Stanford (got JD in ’49), on Maui, in Los Angeles and Yosemite (three season as a Ranger) with sister, Mary Elizabeth (Lush) Hausrath* (’46 food sci.) and brother-in-law, Al Hausrath* (’47 engr.). ‘Mel’ has a Cornell master’s and Al has an ISU master’s and Illinois Ph.D. My wife was the CEO of the St. Regis Hotel in Paris in the 80s and still runs a major film studio at the Cannes Film Festival. We have each two boys and a girl, and I have five grandchildren. Main interests are golf, bridge, Rotary, and gardening in the 340 days of sunshine of the Riviera. David lives in Cannes, France.
