Mike Abbott has been elected to the Faegre Drinker board for a four-year term that began April 1, 2025. Abbott is based in Des Moines and advises companies, financial investors and boards on strategic and governance matters including M&A, joint venture and capital transactions and development and implementation of strategic endeavors.
