Eric Koppelman

Eric Koppelman ('95 advertising) is currently serving as SVP, Sales & Customer Service for Seattle Chocolate Company, one of the fastest growing Natural/Organic food companies in the country. Over the course of his career, Eric has developed a unique expertise in leading venture-capital funded natural/organic food companies in high-growth environments and positioning them for acquisition by Fortune 500 food companies. Eric is also the Founder and Executive Director of Swim For A Cure, a non-profit organization created to generate funds in support of Multiple Sclerosis research. After being diagnosed with MS several years ago he turned to swimming as an alternative to running or bicycling to stay in shape. Today, Eric enters long-distance, open-water swim races around the country in an effort to gather support for the cause.
