Mitch Hoyer (L) ('80 animal science, '81 MS agriculture and life sciences education) has been honored by the National Association of Extension 4-H Development Professionals with the Excellence in Communication and Expressive Arts Award. Hoyer is a program coordinator with Iowa 4-H Youth Development.
